We strive to provide our customers the “100% Customer Satisfaction ”.However, if you are unsatisfied with our items, it is easy to return. This guarantee does not apply to custom orders, special order or pieces that have been modified as per customer request.
Before returning items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. You can also call our Customer Support Hotline (+86) 208-133-2544, where one of our customer sales representatives will be glad to help you.
Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.
JewelCZ.com reserves the right to charge a handling fee on all returned products.
1. All products must be sent back within 7 days of receipt of the item in their original condition.
Items that has been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return
2. Misshipped products: For mis-shipped items (item shipped was not item ordered), once confirmed, we will be responsible for an item exchange and any shipping fees. If you so choose, you can also return the product and get a full refund plus the shipping and handling fee.
3. Color Errors: If the color of the item received is not what was ordered, you are eligible for a full refund. (This does not apply if the color difference is caused by your display monitor.)
4. Follow these steps to return your item(s):
1). Please Email us to know you are returning the jewellery and offer the relevant information of the order (Order NO., register name, telephone number and e-mail address).
Place all the original packaging in the return box, including your return jewellery and a copy of the invoice, note with your name, address, phone number, email address. Please be noticed that returning the products without permission will not be handled.
2.) Describe reasons for return.
If any arrived broken or miss sending or any other problem, please take photos of packaging and practicality of item(s) and show us by Email email@example.com
We will deal with your problem within 5 working days.
3). It will be better for you to insure the return as it is not our responsibility for loss or misdirected returns or items damaged in transit.
4). Your return will be processed within 5 working days after item(s) received. You will receive an email confirming the order status.
